Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or placing an order. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Daremolivo (CLUB ENA LTD), and "you" means the customer using our website or buying from us.

USE OF OUR WEBSITE

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it in any way, including by introducing viruses or attempting to gain unauthorised access.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account.

PRODUCTS

We sell women's leather jackets and outerwear. We try to show our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and details may look slightly different depending on your screen settings, and small variations may occur. Product measurements and size guides are given as a guide only.

All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is no longer available, we will let you know and give you a full refund for that item.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. If a product is shown at a clearly wrong price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even if it has been confirmed.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.

ORDERS AND CONTRACT

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract between you and us is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order, we will refund you in full.

DELIVERY

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery times and costs are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and we are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.

The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you once they have been delivered to the address you gave us. Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason.

To cancel, please contact us at info@daremolivo.com with your order number. You must then return the items within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items, or within 14 days of you providing proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We may reduce your refund if the items have been handled more than necessary to check their nature, characteristics and fit.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. Products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with your legal rights, and we will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

PRODUCT CARE

Leather and outerwear should be cared for according to the care instructions provided with each product. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect care, normal wear and tear, accidents or misuse.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, graphics and designs, is owned by or licensed to Daremolivo and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content without our written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Our total liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as strikes, extreme weather, transport disruption, natural disasters or technical failures.

PRIVACY

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on our website when you placed it.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
